Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scheduling large high-rise projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large high-rise construction projects using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project information and ensure all activities are accurately reflected in the schedule.
  • Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect changes, delays, and progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones and project objectives.
  • Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes to the schedule and recommend workarounds or adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, updates, and forecasts to project teams, senior management, and clients.
  • Assist in the development of project baseline schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Identify potential scheduling risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate delays and ensure project success.
  • Maintain open communication with project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, with a strong focus on large high-rise projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, particularly in high-rise construction.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
