Senior Scheduler

Description:

Following rapid expansion in high-potential markets, my client is looking to expand their already strong Commercial Construction Team by hiring a Sr Scheduler for one of their Mega Projects in the Central, Mississippi, area.

You will be joining an award winning Scheduling team to work on High-Profile large projects.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the project.
• Utilize scheduling software to manage calendars and ensure accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.
• Must be fluent in Primavera P6 - anyone applicant who is not will not be looked at.
• Be able to hit the ground running with minimal job-specific training.
• Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and departments to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and meetings, entering relevant information into scheduling systems.
• Generate reports and analyze scheduling data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Be able to communicate effectively to stakeholders in regards to schedule changes and forward planning.
