SAP EWM senior Consultant + Developer

Requirements:

• Candidate should have 8-10 years for SAP eWM Consulting Experience.
• Independently manage EWM assignments - both functional and development
• Expert knowledge of Inbound/Outbound and Internal process
• Expertise in handling Inter company stock transport orders, intra company stock transport orders, transfer postings and physical Inventory
• Specializing in the area of SAP EWM Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution
• Experienced in defining storage areas, storage bins. Able to monitor stock movements, and experienced in stock placements and removals using different put-away, picking strategies and rules
• Familiar with interfacing and using Radio frequency devices (RF) as well as the SAP console to perform transactions on the warehouse floor, bar coding and handling units
• Familiar with warehouse capacity and warehouse order creation rules.
• Involved in outbound process such as goods issue which includes picking, loading, shipping and billing
• Able to train client staff with process related standard work tasks.
• Also involved in cross-docking process, transportation planning and execution
• Integration Skills with legacy via IDOCS and QRPF queue processing.
• Sound cross functional knowledge of sales and distribution, Order to cash process. Able to perform testing, change management, training, and implementation of SAP EWM
• RF Device functions and Barcode support experience
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices - Embedded EWM and Decentralized
• Experience working with Onsite/Offshore Model
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English (Speaking / Presentation /Written)
• Candidate should have good understanding of SAP Application Managed Service Processes, Ticketing tools, Change Management, ITIL processes etc.
• Certification in EWM will be an added advantage
  
  

Responsibilities: As an Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your Issue Management expertise to provide technical support for the EWM application. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and providing technical guidance to end-users. Additionally, you'll be entrusted with the task of collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues. You must have proficiency in Issue Management. Having proficiency in Enterprise Warehouse Management will be advantageous.

• Provide technical support for the EWM application, managing and resolving application-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and provide technical guidance to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
