Functional/business MRO process knowledge or expertise spanning aircraft maintenance and component repair activities
Configure SAP MRO (PM) module and other tools based on business requirements.
Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills including development and presentation of briefs to stakeholders and drafting system requirements specifications
Must have team lead experience, ability to "hit the ground running" and multi-task in a complex environment and run workshops.
Perform work in a virtual environment
Configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and understanding of integration between SD,MM, PP and PM required
Logistics/Sustainment experience within Aerospace and Defense or Commercial aircraft industry
Familiarity with Activate methodology for SAP/ERP application implementation
Excellent leadership characteristics
Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization
