Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Fulltime Senior Salesforce Developer for our New York City client. This job will be working directly for the largest digital rights media company in the U.S. With more than a century of experience, the client is a performing rights organization located in the heart of New York City. They work to protect musicians, and artists of all kinds through advocacy and by protecting copyrighted works and royalty distribution. This job is a full-time position working hybrid in their New York office. Our client is unable to provide sponsorship/visa transfer.

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions addressing business workflow and analytics requirements.
• Effectively communicate complex technical ideas, designs, solutions, and challenges both verbally and in writing.
• Over 10 years of web application development experience, including expertise in JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Lead collaborative development efforts within a dynamic team, designing, estimating, and delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain system documentation and adhere to SFDC policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge and proficiency across various technologies, platforms, and programming languages.
• Provide support and solutions for break/fix issues.
• Collaborate with the scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to align business requirements with Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Salesforce APIs, and configuration using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification Bonus.
• Technical proficiency with custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot.

Compensation: The target base salary for this job is $150,000 - $160,000
