Revenue Operations Manager

12 months remote contract

Duties

Develop and lead key strategic programs designed to drive Field Team success against ambitious priorities and OKRs

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. Luxe Host Ops, Advanced Analytics, Commercial Products, Finance) to implement new levers and workflows to enable Field Team success

Influence data and tools roadmap to ensure program needs are supported and Luxe Field Team capabilities are continually advanced

Drive program outcomes and deliver solutions to increase Luxe Field Team productivity and reduce operational overhead

Define, scale, and manage a roadmap for critical strategic programs such as availability, price competitiveness, retention, scaled outreach, and quality

Partner with Ops and Enablement to define and roll-out tactics, Field Team challenges, and SPIFs that will support meeting and exceeding of targets

Track results and report on key performance metrics and insights - become a go-to source of program knowledge on the organization

Skills

Highly analytical and strategic thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity

Depth of expertise in supply marketplace Field Team levers

Strong, results-driven leader with a bias for action and an ability to gracefully navigate ambiguity

The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and the foresight to anticipate business needs, make tradeoffs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints

Strong stakeholder management and internal influencing skills

Detail-oriented and strong multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

Autonomous and self driven, able to execute work with little guidance

8-10 years experience with a combination of sales, account management, operations, program management and strategy.
