Senior Restaurant Manager

The Senior Restaurant Manager at Chicken n Pickle is responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, service metrics, property, and quality goals. The Senior Restaurant Manager ensures efficient restaurant operations and maintains production goals, productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer-service standards. Success in this role requires the ability to remain calm in a high-volume environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to learn various restaurant systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee staffing levels and Cost of Goods.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards.
• Drive for financial accountability and manage financial aspects of the restaurant.
• Maintain extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with an understanding of ingredients and dishes in a restaurant or catering organization.
• Utilize restaurant management software, including HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-service, high-volume management experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards.
• Understanding of and drive for financial accountability.
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software.
• Acute financial management skills.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
