We are searching for a Sr. Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated recruiting professional with experience hiring at the executive level and who prides themselves in their ability to source and hire diverse candidates. This person is excited to build meaningful partnerships and become embedded with the teams to offer support from within. They will play a critical role in the growth and innovation across Fender.

Essential Functions

  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from opening new roles to sourcing passive candidates to offering new hires.
  • Help source and own the lifecycle for Executive level hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Create partnerships with internal clients.
  • Proactively research and be aware of current industry events, trends, and how to use that intel to our advantage.
  • Craft captivating job postings and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques stemming beyond the usual avenues.
  • Provide great service to candidates and hiring managers building rapport and trust from both.
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles.
  • Participate in cross-team meetings and become part of the teams you support.
  • Prioritize the continued efforts of Diversity, Belonging, and Inclusion in every step of the recruitment process.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of in-house brand or agency experience
  • Experience working with multiple ATS platforms. Experience with Greenhouse a plus
  • Proven track record executing a full recruiting desk from sourcing to hiring.
  • Experience recruiting at all levels including executive.
  • Organized and self-motivated to prioritize with high attention to detail.
  • A natural sense of urgency and hunger to execute quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and communicating with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The pay scale for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that Fender considers in making compensation decisions, including, without limitation: skill set, experience, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. If this is a remote position, the pay scale disclosed herein may be adjusted further based upon the applicable geographic differential associated with the location from which the successful candidate will work. Please note that it is not typical for a Fender employee to be at or near the top of the pay scale for their role – especially as a new hire – and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $75,000 - $140,000 annually.
