Your Qualifications

To be a good fit for the Sr Real Estate Manager opportunity, you will have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, project management, or mergers and acquisitions
• Outstanding organizational, project management, and contract/lease understanding and negotiation skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously balancing multiple projects, each requiring a multitude of tasks
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills; responsiveness and attention to detail
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field is highly preferred
• A background in corporate real estate, and/or mergers and acquisitions is preferred
  
  

The Job

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will support our growth efforts through working directly with our broker partners on business acquisitions, project management, and build-to-suit locations across all regions. This is a fast-paced role requiring outstanding organization and time management skills. While the workflow will change with demand, you will always be busy. You will be involved in a significant number of acquisitions and 30+ new builds annually, while also learning how to model business projections and prepare required presentations for our private equity partners.
