We are searching for a Senior Manager of FSQA for a food manufacturing plant. This roles oversees all plant Food Safety and Quality programs and systems for the plant. FSQA training and cultural development for the plant. Works cross-functionally with all departmental managers and the plant senior leadership team on such programs and training. The company offers above average compensation, bonus and has outstanding benefits.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree
  • Strong experience leading FSQA in a food manufacturing plant with RTE products
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years leading the Quality department in a food manufacturing plant
  • SQF, HACCP and PCQI certifications are heavily preferred
  • FDA and USDA experience are required
  • Servant leadership style with strong communications skills
  • Spanish speaking ability is a plus
