Oversee and enhance the quality of 4-5 digital therapeutic and data collection products, acting as the primary owner of all quality assurance processes.
Prioritize issue backlogs for each product to ensure timely and effective resolutions and reduce CPT.
Improve the development speed and product quality through definition of process, reporting, and automated testing capabilities.
Design and implement processes and tracking systems for reports, bugs, test cases, and customer feedback to ensure seamless and systematic quality assurance.
Manage support for public products post-launch, including defining support infrastructure and systems.
Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, driving continual improvement and excellence.
Plan and orchestrate external implementation of manual and automated testing, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance coverage.
Serve as the bridge between external QA teams and internal departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Operate across multiple products simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality and performance standards.
Mentor and uplift non-technical staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams (including external resources) for enhanced product understanding.
Qualifications:
5+ years leading a QA team and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality assurance standards and practices.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Highly organized with a knack for developing efficient systems and processes.
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Confluence, and GitHub, and adaptability to new technologies and platforms.
Experience with test automation platforms and strategies.
QA or developer experience on live-service products and an understanding of the complexities associated with support.
Proven track record in enhancing the speed of development and the quality of products through effective QA practices.
Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between external QA teams and internal departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality assurance.
Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges, with a focus on continual improvement and excellence in product quality.
