About The Role
As a Senior Proposal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our business development and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Crafting compelling proposals, submissions, and marketing materials that showcase our expertise
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful social media, public relations, and trade show content
Leading the preparation of interview materials and strategies
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts across various channels
Contributing to the creation of engaging graphics and visuals to enhance our marketing collaterals
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional services firm or marketing department (AEC experience preferred)
Advanced knowledge of marketing professional services and a passion for the built environment
Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with a willingness to mentor and support colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with CRM systems
A self-motivated, responsible, and collaborative nature
