Responsibilities
Proofread all written and digital content for accuracy and error-free text matching the original.
Ensure all deadlines are met promptly.
Adhere to Pharmaceutical Regulatory, Legal, and Promotional Compliance guidelines.
Verify that all materials contain accurate data and correct medical references.
Review annotated materials to ensure all client and LMR annotations are accurately made.
Carefully review complex materials, including US prescribing information, graphs, charts, and tables.
Collaborate with the Labeling department regarding any issues and use electronic review systems (e.g., Veeva, Mercury).
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of proofreading experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in reviewing complex materials, including US package inserts with graphs, charts, and tables.
Strong written English skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Exceptional project management skills, highly organized, and effective multitasking abilities.
Proficient in annotating PDF files and comfortable working with IT systems.
Strong written communication skills.
