Senior Project Manager, Strategy Implementation

What you’d be doing:

  • Lead the development of project roadmap aligned with the organization's overall strategic objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define project goals, success criteria, and department level OKRs.
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in strategic planning and project management, contributing insights and expertise to organizational strategy discussions.
  • Engage in strategic discussions and governance to prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings on strategic project status, progress, and impact.
  • Optimize resource allocation to support strategic projects, balancing competing priorities and constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing and escalating, as necessary.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, requirements, and objectives .
  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.


We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years of experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects
  • Ability to communicate the “why” behind strategic decisions and project objectives .
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Can focus on the big picture while executing the details.
  • Ability to inspire and influence their team.
  • Comfortable dealing with unknowns and navigating ambiguity.
  • Manages multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to innovate new and creative solutions to existing problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Experience within the property and casualty insurance industry .
  • Experience in product development or go-to-market.
  • Knowledge of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile for optimizing processes.
  • Previous experience working in a geographically dispersed (remote) team.
