Job Summary/Purposes


The Senior Project Manager will own shared service project management for PRADA and Miu Miu North America including but not limited to planning, and managing activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the designated time frame and funding parameters.


Responsibilities


  • Reviews project proposal and determines or confirms time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Reviews work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and determines recruitment or assignment of project personnel in alignment with the Technical Leadership Team.
  • Outlines work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project team (architect, engineers, suppliers, contractors, etc).
  • Supports in controlling activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Prepares project reports for review by the Technical Leadership Team
  • Provides aesthetic direction and resolves technical problems.
  • Responsible for compliance with all government regulatory or other governmental agencies and directs project team to resolve possible conflicts and/or concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  • LEED certification highly desirable
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in store planning, construction, project management
  • Prior experience in luxury retail project management
  • Ability to professionally interact with management and coworkers
  • Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capabilities
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury retail landscape best practices and vendor relationships
  • Travel required
  • Italian speaking and writing proficiency are highly desirable
  • Interest in sustainability


The annual salary range for this position may vary from $130,000-$160,000, and if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
