Key Responsibilities:
Development of the technical design, construction detailing, code research, and oversight of the preparation of construction documents including drawings and specifications
Manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously
Coordination of consultants’ work
Shop drawing and submittal review
Construction site visits and project meetings
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
20+ years’ experience
Strong Technical knowledge
Extensive code experience
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in software including AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
Professional license
Salary commensurate with experience.
