What we do:

The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work within the Global Real Estate team, reporting to the VP, Global Real Estate. The individual will be responsible for the execution and management of NAMER office capital projects and other special real estate projects as needed.

What you'll do:


  • Responsible and accountable for all aspects of Real Estate Project delivery program within the NAMER region.
  • Provide holistic ownership to multiple projects within the region ensuring consistent and clear delivery.
  • Ensure best practices and lessons learned are applied in live project scenarios across the region.
  • Proactively collaborate with local leadership, Global Real Estate, IT and Workplace Services stakeholders to ensure best practice delivery methods.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics across the region (KPIs)
  • Build, manage, and maintain Contractor and all other vendor-partner relationships within the region.
  • Set up, manage, and close out all capital projects within the region working with internal and external partners as necessary.
  • Act as the single point of contact internally for all Real Estate projects
  • Ensure that all Trade Desk capital projects are built to the design standards and specifications and ensure contractual partners are educated, advocating, and implementing TTD’s standards.
  • Accountable and responsible in managing project budgets and forecasting as well as contributing creative cost savings solutions.
  • Accountable and responsible for managing project schedules.
  • Comfortable in managing multiple project delivery teams (internal and external partners) in a pressurized and complex environment.
  • Understanding of local culture and ways of working including local building codes and Health & Safety.
  • Appoint and work closely with local external Project Managers, designers and other identified specialist partners.
  • Communicate sensitive project updates comfortably to senior business stakeholders.
  • Anticipates, manages, and mitigates risks associated with projects.
  • Promotes a clear communication plan through the project lifecycle.
  • Ensures the change control process is implemented and followed.
  • Assesses change management needs of design and products and helps communicate them accordingly to internal customers.
  • Utilizes project management experience to assist with managing other project initiatives within the team, which may include, but are not limited to, technology platform evaluation and implementation and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Reports progress of projects to Senior Real Estate personnel
  • Works within a standardized delivery process developed by The Trade Desk Real Estate Team

Who you are:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in the commercial real estate industry, previous experience within in advertising and technology market is useful but not essential.
  • Candidates will ideally hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Real Estate, Surveying, Facilities management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills, with a strong attention to details and customer service.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with vendors and outside contractors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with corporate interiors/tenant Improvements,
  • Experience with relocation management
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed. Travel is anticipated to be approximately 25% of the total working hours although subject to change dependent on project workload.
  • Experienced, self-motivated, customer-centric and results-oriented
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Willingness to take all reasonable action required to deliver to commitments.
  • Ability to push creative and innovative solutions within a workplace environment.
  • Ability to listen to colleagues, leadership, and project stakeholders to define and communicate objectives and programs effectively.
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Provide mentoring and support skills for the delivery team in an empathetic manor.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is

$112,600—$206,500 USD
