Senior Program Manager, Education - Conferences and Events
Are you passionate about organizing impactful events that make a difference? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our team, overseeing Education programs focused on Conferences and Events. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing engaging content for our flagship events and online platforms.
Responsibilities
Content Development: Lead the creation and curation of compelling content for our key events. This includes developing innovative curricula, scheduling workshops, and managing main stage sessions.
Speaker Management: Coordinate all aspects of speaker logistics, from invitations to post-event evaluations. Your role ensures our events feature top-tier experts and diverse perspectives.
Event Execution: Oversee the seamless production of our events, from scripting main stage sessions to managing onsite logistics. Your attention to detail ensures a memorable experience for all participants.
Scholarship Program: Manage our scholarship initiatives, supporting accessibility and diversity in our events. You'll handle applications, communicate with recipients, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in event management and educational programming, ensuring our events remain innovative and impactful in the animal welfare community.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in event planning or project management, ideally in a related field.
Familiarity with virtual/hybrid event execution and adult learning principles.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
