We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the continuous delivery of value to our market, customers, and users. This role requires a proactive leader who engages stakeholders in data-driven decision-making to prioritize and develop product features and functionalities.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage technical backlog items, effectively communicate with management, and understand the architecture to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Lead scrum activities, communicate scope changes and their impacts to the team, and interpret stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting deadlines, leading go-to-market discussions and activities, and identifying topics requiring group discussions to facilitate consensus and decision-making.
  • Work across departments to achieve product goals, conduct root cause analysis, participate in customer calls, and recognize and recommend necessary changes based on data and stakeholder input.
  • Take preventative steps to avoid recurring problems, develop solutions to recurring issues, and contribute to and follow up on improvements identified during retrospectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience, with ideally over 7 years in product management.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and able to communicate to multiple teams.
  • Enterprise Cloud-Native environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Project Management, Account Management Systems, Data Analytics while effectively communication with shareholders.
