We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager - Marketing to join our team and support our strategic growth initiatives.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, high potential Senior Product Manager to fill a vital role in ensuring the highest quality development and execution of marketing and life cycle management plans, and associated promotional components that drive revenue performance for key portfolio products or product lines. Once you complete your training, you will be responsible for assigned product sales performance, as well as the creation of sales collateral and marketing content relevant to their assigned product lines. The Senior Product Manager will be a conduit for Marketing across Sales, R&D, Pharmacy Services, and Manufacture & Technical Operations to ensure there are commercially viable product development and promotional plans executed to drive the organization’s growth. This role can be based remotely or in one of our corporate offices in Sugar Land, TX or Bloomsbury, NJ. Travel is required as necessary to corporate headquarters for planning and alignment meetings.

What The Senior Product Manager Does Each Day

  • Drives products / portfolio achievement to budget expectations and actively tracks performance to budget
  • Partners with sales and marketing campaign manager to promotes assigned products directly to customers as needed, leveraging internal and external commercial technologies, platforms, and resources to drive promotions that maximize a product(s) awareness and create demand/lead generation to ensure increased uptake
  • Provides forecasting input to forecast and demand manager and continually analyze the financial performance of the product portfolio through sales trends, pricing trends and price-volume trends
  • Collaborates closely with Sales and acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and drive adoption
  • Works closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customer groups relevant to the company’s or products performance success
  • Owns reporting and updates on assigned product success
  • Drives content creation for products, including messaging, promotional collateral, presentations, advertisements, or brochures – ensuring that product value propositions are clearly and effectively communicated, and the information is current and accurate for all assigned products
  • Partners with the Marketing Campaign Manager and 3rd party agencies for development of campaigns and advertising structured to drive success of product performance
  • Creates and administers strategies for increasing market share of assigned products by identifying and defining new product market opportunities, conduct market research and voice of customer activities to accomplish best-in-class product-market fit
  • Generates and maintains market and competitive research and insights—studying current market, competitor, product, and customer trends
  • Analyzes usage data and customer feedback from existing products so you know what to focus commercial efforts on
  • Shares strategic information and direction on markets and selling opportunities
  • Participates in planning of sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, advisory boards, etc.
  • Develops and delivers product-specific training to sales and sales support teams including sales tools / resources that help sales drive product / portfolio uptake

Minimum Requirements For This Role

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or hospital customer segments required
  • Proven ability to develop product road maps and marketing strategies and effectively communicate the value proposition and product features to internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with products or services focused into the Hospital & Health Systems segment
  • Project management ability of multiple projects and tasks concurrently, with strong attention to timelines and performance metrics, and ability to think critically to overcome hurdles
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., salesforce.com)
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas
