You will own high visibility initiatives that drive the company's long-term strategy and roadmap for Growth and Free Trial experiences. The role requires a mix of analytical horsepower, cross-functional execution, and a deep understanding of your customers. You will execute projects with engineers, designers, analysts and marketers in a fast-paced environment. You will define the roadmap and strategy to deliver best in class Free Trial experiences, helping users to access, trial, and realize the value of ZoomInfo quickly to deliver business and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and own the comprehensive Free Trials Roadmap and strategy to drive ZoomInfo's long-term growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business technology/Salesforce, provisioning, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure alignment objectives and outcomes of Free Trial experiences
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Free Trial initiatives and provide regular reporting metrics
  • Ensure trial signup, fulfillment/provisioning, and onboarding processes are seamless, with a focus on self-service, automation, and integration with advanced AI features
  • Work with the Sales and CX teams to build tooling and processes enabling seamless integration of Free Trials into the Sales led funnel, including customized trial setup, management, and upgrade motions
  • Continuously enhance the trial user experience by leveraging user feedback, data analysis, and market research
  • Implement a user request mechanism for trial seats and manage notifications for admins on potential users in their organization
  • Ensure seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce in trial management and tracking, leveraging Salesforce data to drive insights and optimize trial performance
  • Work with customer success and sales teams to ensure trial users receive appropriate support and guidance
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, including integrations and data analysis
  • Experience working in organizations with product led and sales led growth motions, strong focus on experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making (Tableau or SQL experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence company level strategy and work with business leaders to execute transformation and process change
  • Ability to both think big and dive deep - you can easily switch between defining and communicating strategic direction to stakeholders, and going deep on feature & technical details with engineers/architects
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work with multiple engineering teams in a highly cross-functional environment
  • A deep understanding and empathy for customers and users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to develop tailored onboarding experiences based on user roles and needs
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.

$140,000—$192,500 USD
