Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager. In this critical role, you will be instrumental indeveloping and articulating Product Vision and Product Strategy, as well as experience vetting, validating, developing, and launching product services.
What You'll Do: As a Senior Product Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
Researching and vetting new product ideas
Creating product requirements and roadmaps
Extracting, evaluating, and codifying internal data to inform product line contribution and direction
Defining clear product OKRs and ensuring cross-functional clarity on objectives
Testing product ideas early and often
Guiding cross-functional teams toward successful solution delivery
Participating in the full product lifecycle
Gathering feedback from internal and external customers
Developing detailed requirements specifications
Conducting market research
What You Need:
10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
A background in developing and articulating Product Vision and Product Strategy
Experience vetting, validating, developing, and launching product services
Proficiency in user-centered design principles
Experience developing and aligning teams with OKRs
Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
A passion for delivering customer value while meeting business objectives
A strong understanding of modern product development techniques, prototyping, and product testing strategies
