Must Have
Educational Background: MS in Chemistry or Polymer Science with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in formulating with epoxy, vinyl ester, polyurethane, polyurea, and polyaspartics.
Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork, with the ability to accept and deliver meaningful feedback.
Research Skills: Ability to search, interpret literature, and stay aware of competitor technology and intellectual property.
Software Proficiency: Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal personnel.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 30% for product launches, field support, and meetings, including overnight stays.
