Design Leadership: Drive the design vision for MultiOn’s AI agent products, focusing on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance daily user interactions across diverse scenarios and applications.
Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product management and engineering teams to translate visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing products. Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure seamless user experiences across integrated solutions.
User-Centric Development: Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize these insights to guide the design process and ensure our products meet high usability and engagement standards.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring consistency and high quality in all design outputs. Actively seek user feedback and iterate on designs post-launch to continually refine and enhance user satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the key design liaison among internal teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive product strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering captivating user experiences.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and visual design across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for AI/ML and an enthusiasm for leveraging technology to solve user problems.
