gotham is looking for a Senior Producer with extensive agency production experience, specifically commercial broadcast at the core, with digital experience as a plus. The Senior Producer must have the ability to maintain a solid focus, deal with ambiguity and constant change, as well as multitask and handle several projects at the same time. The Senior Producer must also understand the beauty postproduction process.
What you’ll do:
Produce full-up productions
Conduct proper director/editor/VFX searches after receiving approved creative
Negotiate AICP and AICE bids and handle the bidding process (whether single or triple) and work closely with Business Affairs Manager and client cost consultants on negotiations when necessary
Review estimates, storyboards, creative concepts, and timelines with the Account team
Provide accurate and timely ballparks and estimates
Communicate calendars and shoot specifics to Account and secure necessary creative approvals from client
Manage all postproduction from rough cut through delivery of final master delivery to dub facility
Manage multiple projects at once and ensure all work is delivered on budget and on time
Ensure all shoot requirements; including models, directors, stylists, hair and makeup, locations, and props are in order and properly negotiated in line with budgetary requirements
Partner effectively with Account and Creative teams, directors, and all vendors throughout a project
Work holistically within the Production department, mentoring and training other producers
What we’re looking for:
At least 10-15 years of production experience, preferably in a creative agency setting
Expert understanding of all production phases and their respective processes across still, film/video, animation, radio, etc.
Strong external relationships, including seasoned experience working with/knowledge of the best/newest vendors, talent, and technology
Working knowledge of SAG, Union and Non Union rules, licensing, and contracts
Solid production budgeting, scheduling, and time management skills; ability to manage independent and team workload, while consistently meeting deadlines
Well-organized, with excellent follow through, and the ability to work well under pressure; creative and solutions driven, action oriented, and a self-starter
Excellent interpersonal and professional client-facing communication skills
Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Filemaker, database software, and iMovie/QT Pro is required
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as expected and needed

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
