We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Spanish-fluent Senior Producer with experience across industry sectors (broadcast, digital, OOH) in the domestic US market and across Latin America. The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee the successful execution of production projects for a variety of clients. You will be a skilled communicator, meticulous project manager, and an efficient problem solver with experience in integrated production workflows. You can be based either in the Miami or NYC vicinity.

Proven experience in Latin America in an integrated production environment, alongside domestic US experience
Fluency in Spanish
Excelling at communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, environment, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in project and workflow management software like Jira, Notion or similar toolkits
The day-to-day
Act as the primary point of contact and oversee day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders (Accounts, Strategy, Creative, Media) and external suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Connect the dots between different pieces of information to make smart decisions. Continuously explain your thinking clearly, focusing on the "why" behind your choices rather than just listing what to do.
Coordinate and manage the delivery of assets, including file uploads, feedback loops, and maintaining organized production folders according to agreed methodologies.
Ensure accountability by addressing the requirements of Accounts, Strategy, and Creative teams before initiating the next step in the project cycle:
Operationally: manage day-to-day escalations, timelines, budgets, legal, and operational security considerations. Stay on top of media asset requirements (end cards, formats, etc.) and ensure clear directives.
Strategically: sense-check proposals/assets' proximity to the main strategy.
Creatively: conduct "on-brand" inspections of creative assets. Bridge the QC gap between suppliers and internal stakeholders to spot issues and flag them. Support the Creative Lead on edit feedback, acting as an Edit Producer.
Proactively identify potential risks and keep the Production Director informed.
Maintain a strong focus on operational security best practices.
Anticipate and plan for upcoming project needs, being proactive about timelines and resource requirements.
Participate in daily scrums, sprints, and weekly meetings, providing Production-specific action points to the Production Director.
Track and manage Production spend, keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
Coordinate the production of social media and influencer assets.
Centralize and maintain timelines, milestones, and cut-off points
