Senior Producer

We are a remote-first games company represented by a diverse team, which empowers us to make the kinds of games in which all players can see themselves. Working closely with our colleagues at Bad Robot Productions, our projects unite our extensive network of games, TV, and film industry talent to create original IPs, expansive worlds and tell new stories across all media platforms which are as fun to watch as they are to play.

Bad Robot Games is looking for a Senior Producer who excels in Project Management. This is an opportunity to join our exceedingly collaborative and experienced team in the early growth stages and have an incredible impact on our first AAA title.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring clarity to ambiguity by clarifying creation pipelines, tracking work, and putting communication pathways in place
• Facilitate and document outcomes/action items for team meetings, discussions, and breakouts
• Drive team culture by initiating, fostering, and maintaining positive working relationships
• Own the production of specific features and groups: Engineering Systems (Graphics, Tools, Platform) and Gameplay (3C's + Design)
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date project backlog in Jira - assisting with task organization, prioritization, and tracking
• Mitigate risks and take ownership of any unforeseen events as they arise
  
  

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience in production with at least one year as a Senior Producer
• Strong communication, writing, and facilitation skills
• Experience with development methodologies such as Scrum
• Experience with JIRA, MIRO, CONFLUENCE
• Excellent Project Management Skills including but not limited to task prioritization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
• All of our roles require up to 10% air travel. Examples include Studio/Team Offsites, Team/Studio Events, etc.

Annual Salary Range: $135,000 - $140,000

Our ranges are based on California market rate regardless of work location in the US.
