Role Overview

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of negotiating a diverse range of agreements, from the straightforward to the highly intricate. Collaboration is key here, as you'll work closely with stakeholders across various departments, including Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams. Your responsibilities will include drafting and managing contracts, providing support on contract-related inquiries, and refining processes to enhance efficiency. We're seeking someone who is not only strategic but also hands-on, capable of both executing programs and developing innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial agreements, NDAs, and other contracts with precision and attention to detail.

Support contract management processes, ensuring smooth coordination and maintaining accurate databases and reports.

Assist in developing and refining standard contract templates and analyzing contract terms.

Implement policies and practices to optimize contract operations and streamline workflows.

Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting internal SLAs with ease.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance contract operations and initiatives.

Provide support to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

7-10+ years of experience in contract negotiation and management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools.

Previous In-house Experience Is Preferred.

Adaptability to evolving processes and priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Team player mentality with a willingness to tackle tasks of all sizes.
