Senior Procurement Analyst

Evolve Partners has exclusively partnered with a PE-backed DaaS/cyber security company in the Washington DC metro area. This is an incredibly opportunity for someone with strong domain knowledge (ie: data centers) to work closely with the CFO and cross functionally to optimize their assets (existing and new) and further accelerate the company's growth and profitability.

Job Highlights:

The Operations and Procurement Analysis function will support Senior Management and Data Center Operations Management in identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency and profitability.

This position will work with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Operations Personnel and Finance staff. The Procurement and Operations Analysis will also work closely with vendors to source cost effective solutions as directed by technical experts throughout the company.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced self-starter to support Senior Leadership decisions through in-depth operational analysis and to manage a broad range of procurement activities.

In this role, you will use your analytical and operations knowledge to help the business make better, and more informed operating decisions. You will help the CFO and operations team prepare cost justifications for large purchases (ROI). You will also be responsible for procurement activities that include: obtaining vendor quotes, work directly with vendors to ensure product specifications are met, monitor and managing contracts, manage the purchasing process within the Company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

This role is essentially fully remote with possibilities of meeting in office 1x/week or as needed to visit data center facilities. Candidates must be local to the DC metro area for this reason.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred.

Experience in an operational or procurement setting with a focus on data center equipment and components required.

Experience with financial data analytics in operations and/or supply chain.

Experience working with vendor and supplier contracts.

Compensation will depend on experience and the general range is $110,000 - $130,000 + 10% bonus.
