Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Title: Senior Procurement Analyst

Location: Greater Boston, Massachusetts

The Senior Procurement Analyst reports into the Head of Procurement and will work independently on procurement initiatives of increasing complexity based on their experience. This role will require the ability to lead projects while working across different corporate functions with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead all sourcing initiatives
• Qualify potential new vendors for assigned categories using RFIs
• Develop RFPs that aid in price discovery and vendor selection
• Draft and implement supply agreements with input from Legal and stakeholders
• Facilitate the implementation of new agreements and onboarding of new suppliers
• Provide ongoing Supplier Relationship Management support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of Procurement experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong project-management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
