Senior Process Engineer (Relocation Package Available)

Global Life Science Hub has partnered with a one-of-a-kind, global CDMO that specializes in providing comprehensive development and manufacturing services. With an additional 50% growth expected in the Iowa site before the end of 2024, we're searching for an experienced Process Engineer to support their next stage of growth.

This is a 100% on-site role with relocation assistance available in Iowa. This is an exceptional opportunity to relocate out of any major busy cities to join one of America's most affordable states in the Heartland of America. As the Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive process improvements, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Role: Senior Process Engineer

Location: Iowa, USA

Responsibilities:

• Provide process improvement and technical troubleshooting support
• Identify, select, and procure automated equipment
• Collaborate with global suppliers, product management, and operations
• Optimize equipment and facilities for productivity
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams
• Implement cost-saving initiatives related to production
• Establish standards and guidelines for product transfers
• Ensure successful technical transfer of products into commercial production, adhering to GMP
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or packaging engineering
• 3+ years of experience in automated systems (preferably in a manufacturing environment or other regulated industry)
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
