One of the largest Real Estate Investment Managers in North America is seeking a Portfolio Accountant for their DFW office. Depending on experience, the Portfolio Accountant will either perform financial, accounting and reporting functions for an open-end fund OR Accounting and reporting functions for a group of real estate investment portfolios
Review and analyze property financial reports that include incomes statements, balance sheets, general ledgers, CF statements and other support documentation, to ensure material accuracy of property level reporting.
· Currently HYBRID (3 days in office)
