About the Job: The Ethics and Compliance Policy Development and Implementation and Monitoring Sr. Analyst (PDIMSA) will play a pivotal role in TINA's Ethics and Compliance Team. This role is all about collaboration, as you'll be developing, implementing, and overseeing a Policy Governance and Management program, working closely with company leadership and business functions and units to enhance understanding and adherence to legal and corporate policies through effective communications and training. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance Team on developing, implementing, and administrating an ethics and compliance Monitoring Program, including working collaboratively and closely with various business functions and units.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage compliance training and communication programs.
Support Policy Governance and Management system development.
Design and execute ethics and compliance Monitoring programs.
Draft policy documents, manage policy change, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Develop engaging training materials and evaluate training effectiveness.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's (or similar) degree in business, accounting/finance, compliance, human resources, or law.
3-5+ years in ethics and compliance, corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, or related roles
What you’ll need for Success:
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project execution.
