Our client has a 100% REMOTE Senior Payroll/Benefits opportunity! Recent experience with ADP Workforce NOW is strongly preferred.


Must have 2 things to be considered:

1) Recent ADP Workforce Now experience

2) Benefits administration experience (General HR knowledge)

3) UK or Global Payroll processing experience required


Compensation is up to 100K plus 10%



Job Overview:

This is a remote role. The primary focus of this position involves leading all aspects of payroll related items to ensure accurate and timely payroll, payroll taxes, and compliance with state, local, federal, and country government regulations. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in benefits administration of employee programs, and ongoing compliance reporting. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as it deals with sensitive employee information.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Accurate processing of all payrolls utilizing payroll system and requirements

· Oversee fiscal controls and feedback file management to ensure accuracy, timely reconciliation, and prompt payment of payroll deductions and benefits e.g., HSA, 401k, etc

· Ensure compliance with payroll liabilities including federal and state income and social security taxes, and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers' compensation payments

· Assist with payroll calculations and deductions

· Reconcile payroll discrepancies, process adjustments, and issue corrected payments as necessary.

· Support building out payroll and people analytics intelligence reports to fit the business needs

· Provide employee support for all payroll-related requests

· Partner with Finance to ensure correct payroll related GL posting rules and setups

· Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult on payroll system improvements.

· Support the administration and compliance for all benefit and leave programs

· Support Open Enrollment system (ADP) set-up and communication

· Support benefit administration activities in support of core transaction processing

  • Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless administration

· Assist in payroll and benefits audit operations and implement audit recommendations

· Other duties, as assigned


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of multi-state, full-cycle payroll experience required. Global payroll experience desirable
  • Commission payroll experience required

· Proficiency with HRIS Payroll & Time & Attendance. ADP Workforce Now preferred.

· Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws

· Enrollments, COBRA, disability, accident, and death claims

· Degree or Technical Certification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· High level of accuracy and analytical skills with attention to detail
