Are you a seasoned payroll professional looking for an exciting new challenge in the heart of Tampa? We have an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Payroll Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

As Senior Payroll Manager, you will report directly into the Director of Payroll and be responsible for leading Payroll Manager, and Payroll Specialists.

You will play a key role in building out the payroll function - continuously improving payroll processes, systems, and controls to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk.

Senior Payroll Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop the end-to-end payroll process for a workforce of over 15,000 employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team.
• Continuously improve payroll processes, systems, and controls to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to support strategic initiatives and projects.

Senior Payroll Manager - Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive payroll leadership experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume, complex payroll operations (15,000+ employees).
• Knowledge of stock, RSU, Executive Compensation and Expat/Inpat payroll.
• Experience of managing an offshore team.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
• Deep knowledge of payroll best practices, regulations, and systems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
