Position Overview
As the Senior Paralegal & Legal Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. You'll collaborate closely with our Chief Legal Officer to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within our legal department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving process improvements, fostering collaboration, and implementing data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize critical business workflows to ensure seamless operations.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to innovate and refine operational processes that support our company's growth.
Collaborate with diverse teams including sales, operations, finance, and regulatory to achieve shared goals.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and process enhancements.
Support contract management through the lifecycle process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Develop and enforce policies to manage external legal resources and expenditures effectively.
Maintain corporate records and support corporate governance activities.
Conduct legal research and provide support on various legal matters as needed.
Drive special projects and initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Legal Officer.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 10 years of combined experience in corporate legal departments and/or law firms.
Demonstrated experience in legal operations, project management, or contract administration.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive projects forward independently.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and other relevant software.
