Senior Packaging Research & Development Print Strategy and Planning Program Manager
Job Summary:
The Packaging Research & Development Print Strategy and Planning Program Manager executes projects that heavily involved with Print Expert team, Print Development, Project Producer team and external packaging cross functional teams to define R&D project scope, align on new print technology roll out plan and secure project level implementation. The role requires a senior program manager who has technical print knowledge as well as hands on experience implementing complex roadmap. Collaborating with variously stake holders on execution and working conformably in fast-paced, high volume job environments.

Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging and Print, preferred.
Pay Range: $100 - $120 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.

Senior Packaging Research & Development Print Strategy and Planning Program Manager
Job Summary:
The Packaging Research & Development Print Strategy and Planning Program Manager executes projects that heavily involved with Print Expert team, Print Development, Project Producer team and external packaging cross functional teams to define R&D project scope, align on new print technology roll out plan and secure project level implementation. The role requires a senior program manager who has technical print knowledge as well as hands on experience implementing complex roadmap. Key Qualifications
- You have 10+ years of experience in consumer electronic or consumer goods packaging.
- Good understanding of various printing processes (main focus is UV printing), and post finishing processes. Having packaging manufacturing background and raw material knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-quality operations taking complex projects from conception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to traffic technical R&D and initiative project details and updates across multiple teams. Prepare program team for future implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to use project tracking methods and tools, including database/project management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective presentation slides with data supporting for different audiences ex Creative group, Engineering group etc.
- You collaborate and demonstrate a flexible approach to work across multiple teams and styles. You demonstrate good program management skillset.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and handle ambiguity with grace.
- You love the details, simultaneously demonstrating the ability to envision a macro-view of design objectives and foresee potential roadblocks.

- You are proficient in Mac applications; database management systems; Adobe Acrobat; and the Microsoft Office suite.
Description
- Involve in R&D and Initiative projects to capture project development status to build implementation strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with Senior Print Expert team and attend technology and project okay to book meeting to roll out new print technology and raw materials.
- Collaborate with key stake holders and gain alignment on roadmap.
- Regular executive levels reporting in both written and verbal format with effective presentation slides.
- Supply project visibility to cross functional team and internal Marcom team.
