Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HR Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, testing, training, and providing post-go-live support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
This role requires a deep understanding of higher education or public sector environments.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in HCM, with at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experiences.
Strong functional knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation.
Good knowledge of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems, and understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts, BIP, Fast Formulas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a history of requirement gathering, solution provision, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Experience in higher education is preferred; public sector experience is acceptable.
