Senior Operations Manager, Distribution Center

Operating with Excellence is key as the Senior Manager, Distribution Center Operations in Fredericksburg, VA. In this multifaceted role, you will create and maintain a first-class employee experience with a focus on Operational Excellence, Lean, talent development and employee engagement.

You will champion innovation by bringing ideas to the DC and the broader organization in an agile way, while balancing growth potential against financial risk and incremental cost to the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of work experience as a Operations Manager/Sr. Ops Manager in a Distribution Center/Warehouse

• 8+ years prior experience in distribution/warehousing leading, training and developing exempt level and hourly colleagues

• 3+ years implementing LEAN principles and 5S

•Experience in Operational Excellence

•Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts

•Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

•Experience in Safety

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
