Senior Operations Manager (Baked Goods)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production line, ensuring a smooth and successful launch.
• Lead a team to achieve outstanding results in areas like safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, driving employee engagement and development.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and meet customer demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance) and 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including leadership roles. (OR) Associates degree with extensive relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email).

• Experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of process equipment and regulatory compliance (GMPs).
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
