Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as a Senior Operations Manager at OM USA LLC located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring efficient delivery of products and services. You will collaborate with various departments to drive organizational goals, implement best practices, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Inventory Management: Overseeing the efficient handling of all inventory tasks.
  • Order Management: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Coordination: Liaising with vendors, customers, and suppliers to streamline operations.
  • Client Communication: Managing client interactions to maintain strong relationships.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Overseeing billing processes and ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilizing Right Click and Excel for various operational tasks.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Handling paperwork and logistics for shipping.


Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of precious stones
  • Proficiency in right-click software and Microsoft excel
  • Proven experience in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
  • Experience in strategic planning and budget management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
