Senior Medical Writer

One of Meet’s longest standing CRO clients is currently searching for a Senior Medical Writer to join their growing medical writing team! As a smaller consultancy, the loyal, supportive and team-centered culture’s specialty lies exclusively in medical writing. This is an exciting opportunity to not only grow personally in your medical writing skills, but grow professionally in the medical writing industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Hands on authoring of key documents as either a lead or contributing author
  • Concisely communicate timelines and guarantee accuracy and quality of documents throughout the medical writing team
  • Support the clinical writing team through providing expertise regarding regulatory documents
  • Assure documents are in accordance with ICH as well as other regulatory guidelines

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in the medical writing industry, sponsored or CRO
  • Ability to individually author key documents, specifically CSR’s, protocols, and IBs
  • Knowledge in US and international regulations, requirements and guidance

Advanced Degree in Life Sciences, PhD preferred, Professional Medical Writing certification (e.g., AMWA, EMWA, RAPS) an advantage, but not mandatory
