Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans
  • Leading and managing project teams
  • Efficiently allocating and monitoring resources
  • Ensuring high-quality construction work
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Monitoring and adhering to project schedules
  • Administering contracts and managing costs
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Enforcing safety protocols and compliance
  • Solving project-related challenges
  • Encouraging continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of project management experience in MEPs or Mechanical Contracting
  • Preferably experience in Federal, Public, and Healthcare sectors
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
  • The passion to be a leader
