Senior Marketing Operations Manager
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations within the Revenue Organization, this role is available in all company locations, including a fully remote option.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the strategy and execution of marketing operations.
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to marketing initiatives, such as cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and marketing attribution.
Own reporting using data visualization tools like Looker to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards.
Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Analyze marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Strategic Partnerships) to align data-driven insights with business objectives.
Implement marketing technology solutions and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity (CRM systems, Marketing Automation Platforms, Content Management Systems, Customer Data Platforms).
Identify operational inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and implement marketing automation and optimization strategies.
Ensure seamless data flow between marketing systems and platforms for accurate reporting and analysis.
Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy, campaign adherence to regulatory guidelines, and compliance with best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics to enhance operations.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics/Operations or related roles in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing an enterprise-level marketing automation platform and integrating with Salesforce.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, Data Studio.
Experience building and optimizing Marketing-related reporting and performance scorecards.
Knowledge of go-to-market applications and CMS platforms.
Proactive problem-solving attitude and passion for continuous learning.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
