Senior Marketing Manager

By 2017, the ‘MOTHERSHIP’ landed at SEPHORA, opening numerous doors across the U.S. and by 2021, expanded into the global marketplace to include the UK, Germany, Russia, China and continues to expand globally to this day.


Role: Sr. Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue; overseeing product positioning, analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.


Main Responsibilities:   

  • Drive development and concepting of product positioning in partnership with product development. Own product bulletins to serve as source of key product information to aid in planning and forecasting.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies
  • Leverage data analysis to inform category strategy, analyzing the potential of new products based on market data.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales and brand growth for makeup products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, VM, sales, and creative services, to ensure aligned messaging and brand consistency
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop 360 marketing campaign strategies for all new product launches and core re-support programs. 
  • Continue to grow existing product collections and identify key communication opportunities to creatively drive brand awareness with maximum impact.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of target audiences, including needs, preferences, and behaviors


Ideal Profile:

  • 6+ years of global marketing experience in the beauty industry, with a focus of makeup
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness through innovative campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
