Position: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $43/hour

Experience: At least 4+ years of experience of marketing experience in the aesthetic, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or medical device space (preferably in aesthetic medicine, cosmetics/skincare, or dermatology).

Education: Bachelor´s degree required. Master´s degree preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm (Tues-Thurs are in office)

Greene Resources is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Execute a brand ambassadorship program, including contract development in alignment with Legal and Compliance.
• Develop marketing assets using video footage from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Coordinate participation in key congresses and stand-alone internal events.
• Develop new messaging strategies and marketing tools to support PRIME’s regenerative strategy and 3.0M treatment milestone.
• Gather and analyze data about key competitors in the EBD landscape to understand their strengths, weaknesses, market positioning, and strategies.
• Use insights from competitive analysis to inform the development of LCM marketing strategies and tactics.
• Develop new messaging strategies and marketing tools to support PRIME’s regenerative strategy and 3.0M treatment milestone.
• Work with Global Legal and regional teams to defend and secure the usage of our trademarks across the globe.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, vendors, and regions to monitor and ensure the proper usage of brand names.
• Ensure marketing and advertising resources related to downstream marketing are effectively invested to meet business strategic needs and drive profitability.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, including brand management, creative concept and campaign development, in-depth customer knowledge, and competition management in the aesthetics industry.
• Experience managing KOLs and influencers.
• Area budget management, including proper management of contracts with vendors.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering trusted results.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Fluent in English.
