The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in campaign development, ideally in a medical device, pharmaceutical or a Healthcare technology marketing role and is looking for a mission-driven rocket ship to join. This position offers a unique blend of opportunities, from the most strategic customer presentations to executing on the nuts and bolts of our ‘get it done’ culture. No day is the same at egnite!


Duties/Responsibilities:

The Sr. Marketing Manager’s primary success measure is the company’s growth and recognition of the egnite brand. Key areas of contribution will include:


  • Campaign development and content creation (storytelling through analytics), which will include heavy use of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM/Marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Pardot
  • Social media & website management, amplifying egnite and its solutions as market leaders in cardiovascular data and technology solutions that help elevate patient care
  • Tactical support of major conferences, customer presentations, webinars, and medical advisory board meetings
  • Market monitoring and strategic recommendation development with intel gathered through customer interviews, meeting with think tanks, and connecting with other industry experts to keep the team updated on industry trends and news in this fast-moving space


This role requires privileged access controls for critical systems or data, ensuring that only authorized employees have access to sensitive information to help prevent data breaches and unauthorized access to sensitive information.


Education and experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic campaign development ideally in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or a Healthcare technology strategic marketing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, CRM, and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Pardot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for making a difference in the world – in our case, helping patients
  • Team player excited by the prospect of shared successes in collaboration with our sales team
  • Driven self-starter not intimidated by engaging with our world-class physicians
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Location flexible within the United States, Southern California is a bonus
  • Open to up to 15% travel either to our headquarters in Orange County (as needed) and to support customer visits/attend conferences
