Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising

The ideal candidate for this role will possess hands-on experience in Visual Merchandising to effectively support Regional Visual Merchandisers. You thrive in high-pressure environments, demonstrate a keen sense of urgency, make decisions with grace, and excel in transparent communication. A strong understanding of luxury retail is essential, coupled with the ability to be agile, problem solve effectively, and prioritize workload in demanding settings. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 7 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising or Project Management. The role requires the ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time, work events outside of normal business hours, and lift 40lb or more. Strong project management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to work well in a team to maintain strong relationships with team members based in various cities across the U.S. are a must.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring and guiding the Regional Visual Merchandising team in the Americas region through projects and individual development. Your role will ensure that the Regional Visual Merchandising team maintains the overall boutique appearance and upholds the Maison’s standards of excellence and consistency. Additionally, you will streamline communication with the regional visual merchandising team and equip them with the necessary tools for success.

In This Role, You Will

  • Guide visual foundation by providing all necessary tools for Regional Visual Merchandisers to maintain the overall boutique appearance.
  • Collaborate across all departments to ensure projects are defined and executed efficiently. This includes working with Retail Store Planning, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Support the Regional Visual Merchandising team with boutique openings and seasonal installations. Collaborate with them to install, order and create necessary elements, working with Paris HQ to customize if needed.
  • Work with Regional VMs and Store Planning team to understand specific needs to boutique prior to opening.
  • Lead POS CSR initiatives, spearhead the recycling of old window animation kits and PLV, and collaborate with florists and HQ to identify sustainable live flower options.
  • Allocate and monitor T&E Budget for Regional Visual Merchandisers by tracking expenses monthly.

Expected Salary Range: $130k - $140k

This role is annual bonus eligible.
