Senior Manager System Engineering

Catalyst has an opportunity for you to join a global Medical Devices company that is on a quest to help the 10% of Americans that are affected by a single disease. You will be leading a Systems Engineering team that are at the forefront of a long product development pipeline.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive functional strategy to advance Systems Engineering through process, design practices, and organizational changes.
• Lead, direct and review the work of individual contributors on the Systems Engineering team.
• Lead multiple Systems Engineering activities in the product development life cycle.

Experience Required

• 10 years’ industry experience within systems engineering and or R&D functions within the Medical Devices industry.
• Experience being part of successful product launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
