The Crown Is Yours

As the Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations, you will report into the Director of VIP Operations. The VIP Operations team is focused on determining the strategy and enabling the execution of our go-to-market plans across VIP, Loyalty, & Experiences. By architecting the proper resources, processes, tooling, and incentives; we make it easy for the broader team to achieve their goals. This role is a vital partner to Loyalty & Experiences (DK Shop, Dynasty Rewards, Hospitality & Events) leadership in making high impact decisions on strategy that are core to the future of the department.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

  • Assist department leadership in building our roadmap for success across Loyalty, Experiences, and DK Shop.
  • Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision making across Loyalty & Experiences groups.
  • Control the narrative and simplify the Loyalty & Experiences story for leaders across DraftKings.
  • Identify gaps and optimization opportunities to inject more efficiency into the Loyalty & Experiences organization.
  • Invest in the best technology and development projects to improve the team’s efficiency and results.


What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in Consulting, Operations or Business Development.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and navigate constantly evolving business environments.
  • Develop and maintain a technical environment and manage a broad slate of ongoing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,480.00 - $198,720.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
